Dream Work CPD for Therapists and Counsellors

DreamWork Meets ~ A Monthly Online Dream Work Group for Psychotherapists, Counsellors and Trainee Therapists

We meet roughly once a month on Zoom (Wednesdays from 6–8pm). Each session includes a live dreamwork demonstration facilitated by me, using a dream offered by one of the group members. This is followed by Q&A, group feedback and collaborative exploration.

Participants will then have the opportunity to work with each other’s dreams or those of their clients (with consent). Active participation is encouraged, whether or not you’re presenting a dream in a given session, as there is much to be gained from observing and engaging in the process. Guidance and support for those with little or no prior expreince of dream work will be provided.

Each session typically explores 2 to 3 dreams. This is a closed and confidential group, creating a safe space for sharing personal and client material.

All participants will be invited to join the private DreamWork Facebook Group—a space to build community, share reflections, and deepen your personal and professional dreaming practice.

"Dream Work Meets" is a great way to learn about and expereince therapeutic dream work if you are considering enroling on the 12 week online training "Working With Dreams in Psychotherapy" starting in January 2026. Please scroll down for full details.

“Working with Dreams in Psychotherapy”

An Online Training for Psychotherapists & Counsellors

Working with Dreams in Psychotherapy Working with Dreams in Psychotherapy

Why Work with Dreams in Your Therapy Practice?

Dreams are a universal and natural expression of the psyche’s movement toward balance, healing, and wholeness.Their rich imagery and symbolic narratives arise from the dynamic unconscious, offering us profound insights that support psycho-emotional and spiritual development.

Dream Work has the potential to profoundly deepen and accelerate the healing process in therapy. It is a powerful way to engage clients beyond cognitive processing. By shifting attention from thinking to felt experience, working with dreams in therapy connects clients to their emotions, bodily sensations and intuitive responses. This process can lead to breakthrough insights, catalyze deep emotional transformation and connect clients to inner guidance that may not emerge through talking alone.
